When you place an order, we collect:
- your contact details (email address)
- your delivery details (name and delivery address)
- your payment details (which may include credit/debit card type, number, valid date, expiry date,
CVV security code, issue number, name on card, and billing address)
When you make a trade request, we collect:
- your contact details (email address)
When you request we add details of your tournament to our tournament locator, we collect:
- your contact details (email address)
- the venue details (which may include venue address, contact name, contact phone number, and contact email address)
When you request to be added to our mailing lists, we collect:
- your contact details (email address)
How long do we keep your information?
When you place an order:
- your contact, delivery and payment details are deleted 28 days after your order is submitted.
When you make a trade request:
- your contact details are deleted 28 days after your request is submitted.
When you request we add details of your tournament to our tournament locator:
- your contact details, and the venue details are deleted the day after the tournament takes place.
When you request to be added to our mailing lists:
- your contact details are held until you tell us not to hold them
Why do we need this information, and how do we use it?
We need this information to provide a service to you. We only collect information that we need to provide that
service, and nothing else.
When you place an order, we use:
- your contact details should we need to talk to you about your order
- your delivery details to send your order to
- your payment details to take payment for your order
When you make a trade request, we use:
- your contact details to talk to you about your request
When you request we add details of your tournament to our tournament locator, we use:
- your contact details should we need to talk to you about your request
- the venue details to display on our website.
When you request to be added to our mailing lists, we use:
- your contact details to send you information
Will we share your information with anyone?
No.
Will your information be stored outside the UK and Europe?
Your information may be stored outside the UK and/or the European Economic Area.

Will your information be kept safe?
When you give us information we take steps to ensure it is kept safe and secure.
- Information sent between you and our server, or our server and us, is encrypted during transmission
using industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.
- Information stored on our server is encrypted. Access to that information requires multiple
authentications (usernames and/or passwords), and is currently limited to two people.
What are your rights?
At any time, you have the right to:
- ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct any inaccuracies in the information we hold about you
- ask us to delete the information we hold about you
